Return Material Authorization

The refund process is straightforward and designed to expedite the refund of the product(s) you purchased from Scientiis. To engage the refund process, complete this form for each product you are seeking reimbursement.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you are required to follow the RMA (Return Material Authorization) process. Please call Scientiis customer service or contact your local representative for an RMA number. All returns must include an RMA number. Failing to do so will either delay the refund of the product(s) or create a status of ineligibility where no refunds will be granted. Once your e-mail notification is received, we will e-mail you an "RMA number".

Products must be returned within 30 calendar days calculated from the date you received your product(s) as long as proof of delivery is available and provided to Scientiis upon request, or from the Invoice date, if proof of delivery is not available. Items older than 30 days, chemicals or reagents, sterile, refrigerated materials, expired products, or special order items are subject to review. A minimum of 15% restocking fee applies.

Product must be returned in its original package with all components delivered (complete set of documentation, spare parts, manual, cable, calibration card, inner box...) Failing to do so will create a status of ineligibility where no refunds will be granted. Freight charges and associated costs to return the product(s) are not Scientiis responsibility. All products are to be shipped CIF destination.
